Is the Free plan enough for me?
If you run up to three client projects at a time, yes — genuinely, forever. Add a fourth client and you'll want Team at $12 a month, since it's just you.
Do my clients need to pay?
No. Clients join as free guests. They don't need a subscription and they never see another client's work.
Does it do invoicing?
No — and that's deliberate. Invoicing is a solved problem in tools you already trust with your bank details, so Projects.chat keeps the project record straight and stays out of your accounting.
When can I actually use it?
We're building in the open and opening access in batches. Everyone on the waitlist gets an invite in the order they joined, and founding members get in before the public launch. Join the list and we'll email you the moment your batch opens — no other emails, ever.
Is this meant to replace Slack?
